Recipe of the Week: Dan's Nasty Snapper
Served Last Night at the Silverboard Household (Unfortunately)

Ingredients
2 pounds red snapper (pre-frozen from shady grocery store)
2 tablespoons creole seasoning
2 tablespoons pepper
2 tablespoons salt
2 tablespoons garlic salt
2 tablespoons lemon juice
4 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoons butter
1. Take out snapper. Combine all ingredients in mixing dish except for butter. Roll snapper around in spices, let sit 20 minutes on counter.
2. Preheat over to 420.
3. Drizzle olive oil and place butter in skillet. Heat it till it’s flaming ass hot. Drop snapper in skillet. Cook till golden brown on each side.
4. Take snapper out of frying pan and cook it till its really Nasty.
5. Plate snapper. Spoon nasty ass sauce all over fish.
6. Serve.
7. Wake up the next morning and try like a barbarian to get it out of your system.
